This project was inspired by the city of Elmira, an old industrial factory town that has fallen on the hard times of most old factory towns, and now tries to contend with the uncertainties of the future. It is installed at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center and is seen by patients, staff, and visitors every day of the year.
